Summer 2020
A piece of advice
During one of the lowest points of my life, someone close reminded me to take good care of myself. He was right. Following that advice not only shortened my healing process but in becoming strong (again) I was able to recover fully. I made the next portion of my life one of great personal growth and I was then able to help others.
If you don’t put yourself on the priority list, how can you be your best self? You can’t.
Invest in yourself. The dividend is exponential.
As Promised
I am the featured artist in the June 2020 issue of Handmade Business magazine. The earrings on the cover are part of my portfolio. I invite you to read the article, found on pages 70-71.
Everyday inspiration
This is a year we will be talking about for ages. As with 9/11 it has changed our perception of safety. We are each coping in our own way and overcoming our personal struggles. I miss people and hugging. I have days when I feel lethargic and days when I allow my art to calm and inspire me.
Take this time to embrace what we can do and to shape our future in a way that allows for a good balance of work and family time (including more time away from devices).
My hope for you is that you find your way to thrive.
